Jewelry
Silver Jewelry:
The following warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and includes the following:
Rings - resize (once).
Chains - replacement/repair for the bracket.
Bracelets and anklets - replacement/repair for the bracket.
Stud earrings - repair of the pin (the part that goes into the ear) and replacement of the bracket.
Any other repairs will have a fixed fee.
The cleaning service is available once every 6 months to allow you to enjoy your jewelry in the best possible way over time.
Gold-plated silver jewelry:
The following warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and includes the following:
Chains - replacement/repair for the bracket.
Bracelets and anklets - replacement/repair for the bracket.
Stud earrings - repair of the pin (the part that goes into the ear) and replacement of the bracket.
Any other repairs will have a fixed fee.
The warranty does not include the gold plating. Since the durability of the plating depends on the nature of use, it can be renewed for a fee.

For the sake of clarification: there is no responsibility for the loss of the jewelry and/or parts of it, tear/break in the chain, cleaning the jewelry in ways that are not specified on the website, any repair not made by Deep Turquoise will result in the immediate cancellation of the warranty.
I guarantee that all jewelry leaving my studio undergoes strict quality control, but if there is a mistake, please feel free to contact me immediately.
As always, I will do everything possible to provide you with the most professional and appropriate service. Please note that jewelry repair can take up to 30 business days.
Since the jewelry is made by hand, there may be changes between the real jewelry and the jewelry in the picture.
Non-jewellery products
There is no warranty for stickers, hats, iPhone cases, shirts, etc.
The product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. There may be changes in the colors of the products that naturally result from the use of different screens.
Shipping
The costs of returning an item / exchanging an item / sending a piece of jewelry for repair and return are the customer's responsibility. No refund will be given for shipping costs. Deep Turquoise is not responsible for the delivery times and delays of the shipping company but is available to the customer to solve the problem. Deep Turquoise is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the products as a result of events beyond its control, such as strikes, natural disasters, malfunctions in the computer system or the telephone system that will affect the completion of the purchase process or malfunctions in the electronic mail service.
