Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1-21 business days after purchase.
Once your item is shipped, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email, along with a receipt.

Shipping in Israel:
Once shipped, orders will generally take 1-4 business days to arrive.

Worldwide shipping:

Once shipped, orders will generally take 3-5 business days to arrive.
The receiver is responsible for International Duties and Taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

We only accept returns for silver jewelry. Due to the custom-made nature of our gold and gold-plated jewelry, these items are non-returnable. If you wish to return a silver jewelry item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

Return:Exchange:

We will happily exchange a silver item for sizing only, The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Items must be returned in a padded envelope (available at a minor cost at the post office), sent by my delivery company in order to prevent damage to the jewelry during transport.

When the item is not sent as specified above, we shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged item.
