Refund terms

A refund will be given for a product whose price exceeds NIS 50 only. The refund will be effected through the payment method used to execute the transaction, after deducting 5% of the transaction value (excluding shipment fees) or 100 NIS – the lower thereof. The refund will be issued only after the items are received at the Deep Turquoise headquarters and tested to ensure that the items were not used.

Jewelry Return Policy: Only silver jewelry is eligible for returns. Due to the custom-made nature of gold-plated and gold jewelry, these items cannot be returned. For silver jewelry, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving it to initiate the return process. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, non-jewelry items, and items purchased entirely with a gift voucher/credit voucher are not eligible for refunds.

In a transaction in which a benefit is realized that depends on the purchase of several products together, a refund will be given for a product only upon the return of all the products for which benefits were given to the customer due to the purchase of the returned product (for example, in a 1+1 transaction, a refund will be given only upon the return of 2 products).

In the event that the delivery is given for free / at a discount as part of a benefit / sale, if the cancellation of the transaction cancels the condition for delivery with a benefit, the cost of delivery will be applied to the customer.
